1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required
Due to the handmade nature of our products (especially candles), slight variations in color, shape, or fragrance are natural and not considered defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or partially used products
- Customized or personalized orders
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Clearance or sale items (unless damaged)
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging

After verification, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund, depending on availability
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- In case of COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or defective
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
